Despite the area being easy access for our usual Day-walks, we never get to stay here – but we are now!
BEDS: This 20 bed bunkhouse (not mixed) is a great place for any one new to the club and who wants to try a weekend away and explore the local area. There is a large lounge to relax in, along with a dining area and self-catering kitchens. You’ll find comfy bedrooms with bunk lights and high standard bathrooms
STUFF you need to know: No sleeping bags are needed but take food for the weekend. Possibility of The HMC Catering Corp in action on Sat evening, otherwise it’ll be s/c (or down to the local).
COST is £36 for the weekend, plus grub.
BEST PUB : The nearest pub is 200yds away – The George – serves good food and real ales but.… it ain’t cheap. Maybe try The Watts Russell down the lane.
