BEDS: >55 beds (no sleeping bags required) with a mix of twins/doubles and bunks etc
COST: £tbc payable by Sept and by BACS preferably. Bring your own beer or wine although some real ale will be on offer and don’t forget your other food for Fri/Sat. As it’s a special occasion we are having dinner prepared for us, and wine will be supplied. Members are encouraged to bring friends of HMC and former members to help celebrate this momentous occasion. Other activities will also be taking place!
STUFF you need to know: Charles Darwin stayed at Plas Caerdeon which is a magnificent Victorian mansion set in 18 acres of self contained grounds and now a field centre. Looking out across the stunning Mawddach Estuary towards Cadair Idris, the estate benefits from a southerly aspect, with a large lounge, games room and basement lounge area
BEST PUB: – The George III Hotel (over the toll road) for good food and beer . Numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes in both Barmouth and Dolgellau
