DESCRIPTION:You can usually find our merry band of climbers at our local wall most weeks\, from around 6-9 pm. If the weather’s playing nice\, we might even head to the Peak District on a Sunday for some outdoor action\, or mix it up at one of the other indoor walls nearby. DESCRIPTION:Our regular informal and weekly meet up at the local pub … plotting our next adventures!\nWe meet here every Thursday evening EXCEPT the last Thursday of the month when we meet at a different pub in the Hinckley area (but only when it is quiz night at The Plough – the last Thurs of the month -Details will be published in advance of the pub we’ll be at on this website or our Facebook page) \nPark outside or in the church car park opposite. Ask the friendly bar staff where we’re sitting.

DESCRIPTION:Meet Info Patterdale PDF \n \nBEDS: 20 Mixed in 2 dorms – and we reserve the smaller room for the ladies. Don’t forget your sleeping bag. Additional night is booked for Thurs. \nCOST: £tbc a night (min 2) payable on the weekend\, plus around £4 for a two course dinner. Bring your own beer or wine (or tea) and don’t forget your other food for Fri/Sat. and out on the hill. \nSTUFF you need to know:  Well equipped hut with cookers\, showers\, loos\, heating and open fire. Good drying facilities\, own car-park and is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the best of the Lakes. “One of the best”. If oversubscribed\, we can often obtain the members room\, but won’t know until last minute (so book early!). \nPUB : White Lion\, Patterdale – we’ll probably be there Fri night\, & group cater on Sat night. (NOTE: Additional night has been booked for Thursday if you can get time off). \nHOW TO BOOK: Email Ed at info@hinckleymc.org or you could also enter “going” on our Facebook site\, but please note that putting “interested” is not the same as “going”.  A reserve list will operate when meets are full and members will have priority.
