DESCRIPTION:Meet Info Rhyd Ddu PDF \n \nBEDS: 16 in 3 rooms. \nCOST: £40 for the weekend plus £3/£4 for a group meal if we cater Sat night. \nSTUFF you need to know:  We’ve been going here for over 30 years\,  and it’s well equipped with cookers\, loos\, good heating and drying facilities and is an excellent place to relax after a day on the hill/crag. There’s a large lounge with an open fire. As usual\, we will have a room for the ladies. \nAPRES WALK: A fine selection of home baked cakes and tea/coffee before…. \nSAT NIGHT: The HMC Catering Corps will  be possibly be in action – excellent tucker. \nBEST PUB : The Cwellyn Arms – not cheap but  hey\, it’s only over the road. The Tanronnen in Beddgelert is also good\, but be early for food. We will be in the Cwellyn Arms on Friday evening. \nHOW TO BOOK: For security contact the Meets Booking Sec on info@hinckleymc.org . You could also enter “going” on our Facebook page but please note that “interested” is not the same as “going”. You will receive confirmation by email. DESCRIPTION:“It’s back! Our much loved Melbourne stroll\, starting 10 am from the village centre. First\, a mandatory visit to the bakery for fuel (because who walks on an empty stomach?). Then\, a leisurely 3.6-mile jaunt past Staunton Harold reservoir and through Calke Park to The Milking Parlour – because all that walking deserves a reward! Finally\, a 4.5-mile return via Ticknall\, possibly ending with a visit to The Bank for… well\, more refreshments!\nParking’s available near the market place (SK 38557 25218).

DESCRIPTION:  \n \nBEDS: 2 dormitories sleeping 6 and 10. Fully equipped kitchen. Lounge/Dining room. 2 x WC and 2 x showers. Large drying room. Don’t forget your sleeping bag\, pillowcase  and grub/tucker for both breakfasts and also out on the hill.  Note: There are no shops here and it’s a long drive to get any provisions. \nSTUFF you need to know: We’ve been coming here for over 30 years and it’s always a favourite so book early to avoid disappointment. Bring your own beer/wine/tea and the catering corps will be in action Sat night\, or the pub does good food too. Parking here is tight\, (no vans please) and space required for the two adjoining cottages. Car share if you can. \nCOST £40 for the weekend (Thurs Free)
