DESCRIPTION:Meet Info Helyg PDF \n \nBEDS 13: Mixed. Facilities include hot water\, showers\, heating\, drying room\, cutlery\, crockery\, fridges\, oven\, hobs\, and microwave \nCOST: £22 for the weekend\, plus around £3 /£4 for a two course dinner Sat night if we self cater.  Bring your own beer or wine (or tea) and don’t forget your other food for Fri/Sat out on the crags – and maybe a bbq! \nSTUFF you need to know: This meet is primarily for climbers and will be of particular interest to beginners as a lot of the routes are extremely do-able. Don’t forget your sleeping bag\, harness and sun tan lotion. A traditional hut full of rustic charm and character it was used as a base by the pioneers of British climbing in the 1920’s for their early ascents\, particularly on Lliwedd and Tryfan. Later it was used as a training base for the 1953 Everest expedition and this year – the 2020 HMC Meet! \nBEST PUB : By far\, the Tan Y Coed in Capel but Pas y Brenin is excellent and much nearer for food \nHOW TO BOOK: For security contact the Meets Booking Sec on info@hinckleymc.org .
