DESCRIPTION:Distance: About 10-12 miles \nThis is an outstanding circular walk taking in Ivinghoe Beacon and the magnificent National Trust woodlands on the Ashridge Estate – which should be very autumnal. Starting point: The “free” Pitstone Hill Car Park (east of Tring. From a sharp bend on B488\, 0.5 mile (1km) southeast of Ivinghoe\, take minor road signposted Aldbury. Car park is on the right: (satnav HP23 5RZ will get you close). 10am departure prompt. \nOur pub stop will be in chocolate box village of Aldbury\, a popular filming location and where there are village stocks and a whipping post!  And guess what…  it’s only 90 mins away. \nHOW TO BOOK: Contact the Meets Booking Sec on info@hinckleymc.org .
